DELIVERY
SERVICE POLICY
General
Rental Center will gladly provide set up and breakdown service on rental items
for a charge if arraigned in
advance. The rental rates and delivery charge do
not include this service. Also subject to additional charges
are: deliveries above
the ground floor, below the ground floor, set up of canopies, moving customers
furniture, excessive distance from the delivery
vehicle and deliveries not during our normal hours of operation.
All of these exceptions we will gladly provide at an additional fee
based on individual criteria.
Please provide us with a drawing
showing exactly how you would like your items set up prior to delivery so that
we can plan
accordingly to meet your requirements. We will not be able to provide you with
set up unless someone is present at the time of delivery
to show us where to set up. We will not be held responsible for miss-
interpretation of your layout if you are not present. We cannot
provide you with tablecloth and china setup so please do not expect us to
provide this service.
Breakdown of the rental
equipment if not ready when we arrive to pickup is also subject to additional
charges and is not included
in the rental rate. We will bill for this service if we must breakdown the
equipment. We will provide as much assistance as possible to
make your event as stress free as we can within our abilities. Please remember
our delivery people are on a schedule and unless arraigned
in advance through your sales person before delivery they are not authorized to
provide set up service and cannot determine the additional
fees if requested on delivery.
effective 6/1/2008 the minimum order
must exceed $100.00 for delivery. Any order under this amount will be up charged
to meet this minimum. Delivery charge will be in addition to the rental amount.
Any order that is under this minimum can of course be picked up during normal
business hours to avoid the minimum rental policy.
