The
damage waiver charge is totally optional .You may decline this protection at
the initial contract writing. Damage waiver covers any replacement fees for
broken rental items while in your possession. It does not cover damages to
linens for burns, wax stains or tears due to misuse. It will cover normal food
stains and soil, which can occur during normal dining activity. Damage waiver
does not cover lost or stolen items while in your possession. You will be
charged for any missing items on return. The damage waiver is automatically in
place when the contract is opened. If you decline the damage waiver then you
will be responsible for any repair or replacement cost for damaged items. The
damage waiver will not be refunded at the closing of the rental contract.
Remember that it is your responsibility to return our rental equipment in the
same condition as you received it. Please make your refusal of the damage
waiver by signing with your initials in the appropriate check box.
